HOW DO WE FIND THE MOST SUITABLE MINDER & STAFF?
When you communicate with us, the caretaker you request from our customer representative he will select the reliable and referenced caregiver candidates carefully to give you the best caregiver service in your quest for staff and will invite you to your company within one day.
IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MINDER AND STAFF?
The contract period begins after you have agreed with the most suitable staff, from the carers and staff options we offer you. If you, the company and our staff are in a 3-way contract and you are not satisfied with the caretaker within 2 months, our company promises to provide you with new caretakers without being bound by any of the same criteria.
OUR WORK POLICY
The agreement is signed at the end of the interview if you agreed with care giver or staff.
The consulting fee is paid by the employer equivalent a salary of one month.
Our company is operating as Private Employment Agency with the permission certificate number 134 by İŞKUR.
Turkey benefits from No. 4904 to provide job seekers in accordance with the Labor Law and receipt of fees is prohibited.
